When do you ship out an order?

I’m still trying to build a consistent shipping routine but given my high flying maverick lifestyle I won’t always be able to ship out your product the day you order but I’ll do my very best (unless it’s cold out…or taco night)!

Otherwise, I’ll typically be shipping out all orders on the Friday around 3Pm EST of each week. So if you send in an order on Monday it may not get sent out for shipping until five days later PLUS the actual dates for shipping.

This isn’t a strict absolute rule but more like a general system I have. Unless I get incredibly good at this part of running the business.

If you have any questions regarding your shipping feel free to email me. Though if your order has already been shipped out, the postal carrier will be able to give you more accurate information.

My package has been failed to deliver due to insufficient address. What can I do?

Once the package has been given to the courier it is literally out of my hands to be honest. All I can really do is check to see if the package has been recieved at my return address which is different from where I ship my stuff out. The best thing to do is to call the post office. Any changes made would have to be on their end with information you need to provide them with. Contacting me would only really result in the same thing except with me in the middle of the two of you.

If your order was unable to be delivered due to an insufficient address that you submitted I will typically require you to pay to ship it out again. This is because I have to pay an additional shipping fee on a package to have it returned to me on top of paying the same shipping fee again to re-ship it to you. SO MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS HAS ALL THE RELEVANT DETAILS.

Do you ship internationally?

I would absolutely love to ship across the world but I’ve had so many instances of dealing with lost orders and customs sending stuff back that it’s unfortunately too much of a headache for me to deal with. However if you’ve been a long-time active follower don’t hesistate to get in touch with me. I might be willing to make an exception and send something out but I can’t promise anything.

Can you send an order through normal mail so I don’t have to pay as much? I don’t need tracking.

All orders include a tracking number for my own sanity. I’ve honestly had way too many experiences with chargebacks or refunding lost orders that I need the peace of mind that a tracking number provides when things go south.

Will you be restocking (insert popular sold out product)?

If it’s sold out I’ll probably be restocking it eventually. It really comes down to if I can fit it in my production schedule since I’m always working on new stuff. Anything related “Blue Eyes” will probably get restocked.

You’re website has prices listed in USD, but you’re based out of Toronto?

The vast majority of orders online are from the US so transactions are listed in USD. I’ve tried to set up a different payment model for Canadians but Squarespace unfortunately doesn’t have any kind of system in place for that. So just be aware all prices are in USD. If you know I attend conventions in your area frequently (ie Toronto) then unless you’re absolutely desperate for something don’t buy it online and just wait until a convention.

However, for those of you in Canada who would like to purchase my stuff because I’m not attending any shows in your area that you can attend I’ve significantly reduced the cost of shipping to offset the USD to CAD exchange rate.
